Talking with people ECTV meets on the road, Speaking-to-the-World moves on to the English upper- intermediate level. This time the common question ECTV asks from them is “Why do you think it is useful to learn an additional language?”. In this English upper intermediate program, they all agree at one point; communication is the number one advantage in learning languages.
